On a gruesome day

Let’s share superpowers
So we can fly
Born on giddy hilarity
Artless fartless laughter

Even the most teeny weenie
Boring, tedious, mind numbing
Bumbling, bird brained gesture
Can make one smile

An elegant finger up the nose
A bushy green eyebrow raised
A loud hysterical hiccup
In a serious place of silence

All that’s so unfunny
I have to smile
Now it’s your turn
